A multi-vehicle accident on Route 7 and Route 102 caused a delivery truck to overturn and spill 2800 gallons of #2 heating oil into the Norwalk River near Richfield, CT. Booms were deployed and material was cleaned up by the responsible party. The waterway was not closed. The condition of the three injured is not known. CASE CLOSED.
