Description:

On June 26, 2001 at 0015 hours, a spill of 7800 gallons of unleaded gasoline occurred in Marietta, Ga. The material spilled from an overturned tanker truck operated by Penn Tank Lines Inc, of Malvern, PA. An unknown amount of this gasoline entered the Chatahoochie River. A contractor is pumping out the tanker and the local Fire Department is on-scene monitoring the situation. No injuries fatalities or evacuations were reported. CASE PENDS
