Description:

On June 27 2001, a storage tank was discovered to have been vandalized and as a result spilled 2,500 gallons of diesel fuel. The diesel fuel spilled into a retention pond which is a tributary to Noon Day creek. It is not known how much fuel entered the creek. At the time of the call the report indicated that 2,200 gallons of the fuel had been recovered and placed in mobile tanks. CASE CLOSED.
