| Description:
On June 27, at 0824 a report was made of a tanker truck containing tar rolling over. The roll over was due to unknown causes, on the south bound side of I-495 in Alexandria, VA at the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. The material spread across all four south bound lanes resulting in a 5 hour closure. No injuries, fatalities, or evacuations were reported. Clean up was completed and all lanes of traffic are open. CASE CLOSED. |
