On February 26,2001 at 2:45pm,local time, a third party ran over a four inch gathering pipeline in White Oak, TX. As a result of the ruptured pipeline, 200 barrels (8,400 gal) of crude oil spilled into Moody Creek. The pumps to the pipeline have been shut down and four consecutive booms have been deployed within Moody Creek. Planned remediation is for the free oil to be vacuumed off and returned to an above ground storage tank. CASE CLOSED
