This report provides an update to the pipeline spill in the Tennessee River. As of February 12, 1999 a safety zone remains in effect for mm 630 to 650 on the Tennessee River. Anticipate opening river on February 13, 1999. Recovery at Goose Creek site has been copmpleted. All free product has been recovered with minimal sheen remaining. Approximately 40,000 gallons of oil have been recovered. CASE CLOSED THIS UNIT.
