While unloading a rail car on the 12th of April the car rolled down the track releasing soybean oil onto ballast and into 200 yards of Mill creek. It was reported that the majority of the recoverable oil was recovered using vacuum trucks on the 13th of April. The Ohio State EPA reports that no fish were killed or plant life affected. CASE CLOSED.
