This report provides an update to the crude oil spill in the Bernard Canal on February 17, 1999. On February 26, 1999 clean-up was completed and the facility tank batteries were taken down. On March 01, 1999 ground excavation commenced. MSO Morgan City will monitor clean-up. CASE CLOSED.
