At 12:31 PM on the 20-Dec-99 the National Response Center received a report about a release of crude oil from an eight inch underground pipeline. At the time the report was made, the cause of the release was unknown and Garner Environmental was en route. The reporting party had limited information at that time but later called to report the amount spilled was 63,000 gallons. CASE PENDS
