SITUATION:  On 10 July, Gallatin County Disaster/Emergency services reported that a tank trunk overturned in a swampy area.  The entire contents of the cargo tank and the saddle tanks spilled.  The swampy area leads to Elk Creek which is a tributary of the Missouri River.  Response crews on scence contained the material within the swampy area.  The 3 occupants of the truck were injured due to accident impact.  All 3 occupants were admitted to the local hospital.  The spill clean up is being monitored by EPA Region VIII.  FIRST AND FINAL THIS UNIT.
