SITUATION: On Thursday May 1, 1997, a medium Hydrochloric Acid spill occurred in the Harbor Tunnel Cleanup of remaining hydrochloric acid is complete. PH testing of Moores Run conducted by Maryland Department of the Environment. Level determined to be between 6-10. CASE CLOSED THIS UNIT.
