ACCIDENT DESCRIPTION:
The deceased was working alone servicing the Gas Plant. He was
bleeding off a
propane line to the atmoshpere and an ignition source caused
an explosion
inside and underneath the floor of the plant. A rupture of the
L.P.G. line fed
liquid gas into the building.
