ACCIDENT DESCRIPTION:
The
deceased, a retired farmer, was attempting a repair in a septic
tank on his property. Working alone, he had removed the manhole
cover from the septic tank. He proceeded into the tank and was
overcome by fumes or lack of
oxygen.
