Description:

On April 16, 2002 at 13:00, 3,300 gallons of gasoline were released from an underground storage tank as a result of third party damage. Local responders are on-scene carrying out clean-up operations and trying to identify the responsible party. Market Street, a major east-west thoroughfare, has been closed in both directions indefinitely. US EPA III is Federal On-scene Coordinator. CASE CLOSED.
