| Description: On June 28, 2002, the T/B BC-151 being pushed by the Tug Kuparuk River was run aground on a mud flat at the southern entrance of the Yukon River. The Tug Kuparuk River has been attempting to refloat the barge with assistance from the tides. T/B BC-151 is currently loaded with 111,000 gallons unleaded gasoline, 122,000 gallons Jet-A fuel, 100 100-lb propane tanks, and 8 IMO propane tanks. There is currently no damage to the barge nor any pollution/hazmat discharge. T/B BC-151 is 200 feet from the center of the channel. The barge ST-20 will be available for lightering on July 2, 2002.
