| Description: On October 17, 2002 at approximately 1852, the National Response Center received a report regarding a sodium hypochlorite release from a broken fitting on a 6000 gallon storage tank in Twinsburg, Ohio. There was one employee injured as a result of the release and transported to a local hospital. Material has been contained and a cleanup contractor has been hired. CASE CLOSED. |
