| Description: At 11:00 p.m. MST, on January 25, 2002, a storage tank was overfilled and released 350 barrels of NO.2 diesel on the property of Sinclair Oil Corp. There were no injuries or evacuations as a result of the release. Cleanup has begun and a vacuum truck is being used to pick up the released material. EPA VIII is the Federal On Scene Coordinator. CASE CLOSED. |
