Description:

Equilon Pipeline reports a release of approximately 300 barrels of crude oil from a 6-inch transmission line 25 miles south of Interstate 20 in Crane County, Texas. The company is unsure how the pipeline may have been ruptured but has equipment on scene and is investigating. EPA region VI is monitoring the situation.
