| Description:
During excavating operations, a front-end loader hit an 8 inch diesel pipeline resulting in the release of 10,000 gal of diesel into a dry creek bed. A contractor has been hired to conduct the clean up. Update: EPA VII reports that 4500 gallons of material was actually released. The material was excavated successfully by contractor. CASE CLOSED. |
