At 12:05 PM today the National Response Center received report of a 5,000 gallon hydrochloric acid spill from an unknown type of truck. Initial report states that there is a shelter in place order given for a one mile radius and several schools in the area were reported to have been evacuated. The junction of Interstates 35 and I-10 have been closed for an unknown amount of time. The Environmental Protection Agency is sending an On Scene Coordinater to the scene. CASE PENDS
