This report provides an update to the lube oil spill at Holt Terminal on March 01, 1999. The source was rapidly secured by the vessel's crew. Tank gauging showed approximately 5500 gallons of lube oil spilled. Vacuum trucks and absorbent pads were utilized to effect clean-up. CASE CLOSED.
