012140R rcvd rept that M/V SPRING BEE collided with a crane on pier at Holt Terminal puncturing the lube oil tank. The collision caused an estimated 5 ft by 4 inch gash in hull. Results from helo overflt and vsl HARPAT found medium sheen in various places including patches of oil under Camden pier 7 (Del Monte docks). CASE PENDS.
