On June 8, 1999 the Motor Vessel SHARRON WILDMAN struck a dike on the upper Mississippi River. It was initially reported that as much as 7000 gallons of Number 2 diesel had been released. The actual amount released was 50 gallons. The SHARRON WILDMAN has been re-floated and is now moored at Missouri dry dock. MSO Paducah personnel have departed the scene. CASE CLOSED.
