On Thursday, April 8, 1999, a 3 Facet transformers on the Portsmouth Power Plant leaked. The material went into a ditch that leads into a retention pond. The leak was stopped and a dam was made in the ditch. There is a possibility that the materials may have reached the pond. The plant stated they need no assistance. CASE CLOSED.
