At 1459 February 05, 1999, the National Response Center received a report of 1200 gal of diesel having been released into Rickreal creek which feeds into the Willimette River. The incident occurred at 1030PST February 05, 1999 when a pipe located on the fuel pump of a 10,000 gal below ground storage tank belonging to Pacific International Pipeline Enterprises ruptured. The material has been contained and Oregon Emergency Response is on scene. CASE CLOSED THIS UNIT.
